Linux Jay 2.6.2-rc1-ben1 #2 SMP Wed Jan 28 22:19:17 CET 2004 ppc unknown has
some problems initializing my USB keyboard (logitech internet navigator). I
have to detach/reattach it several times every boot to get a working
keyboard. The mouse is always recognized immediately. I never had problems
with 2.4.

>From dmesg, one of the failure messages:

bound device '2-1.1' to driver 'usb'
