Subject: [PATCH] Fix boot wrapper invocation if CROSS_COMPILE contains spaces

My CROSS_COMPILE is "ccache /opt/compilers/blah", which confuses
the boot wrapper script. Quote CROSS_COMPILE and CROSS32_COMPILE
so they can safely contain spaces.
