Subject: Error compiling 2.6.19 on IBM E20

Hi all,

I've got an IBM E20 running 2.6.14 and wanted to move to 2.6.19.
After running 'make zImage' I got this error:
[huge snip]
  LD vmlinux
  SYSMAP System.map
  SYSMAP .tmp_System.map
  MODPOST vmlinux
ln: accessing `arch/powerpc/boot/zImage': No such file or directory
  make[1]: *** [arch/powerpc/boot/zImage] Error 1
  make: *** [zImage] Error 2

Searching Google only gave me the same problem with different machine
[1]. I asked the original poster (Alexander Baldeck) and he pointed me
to this [2] post on this mailing list. So I guess that makes me the
second victim^Wtester.

I tried setting ARCH=ppc, but that fails with:

In file included from arch/ppc/kernel/asm-offsets.c:18:
include/linux/suspend.h:5:25: asm/suspend.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [arch/ppc/kernel/asm-offsets.s] Error 1
make: *** [prepare0] Error 2

I'm attaching /proc/residuals as requested in the second post [2].

Please Cc: me since I'm not subscribed (yet).

Thanks,

Alberto
