MTD on Freescale 5200B - supported?

Hi all,

the subject says it all - does the Freescale 5200B (and the 5200 Lite  
board) support MTD for NAND flash chips (not cf cards connected to the  
ATA bus)?

The MPC5200 does not directly support NAND memory, but you should be
able to interface it to the local bus interface.  This is a useful

Yes, that information is useful, thanks!  However, actually the answer  
to my question is that there is no MTD/NAND support in recent Linux  
kernels, right?

Linux supports MTD.
Linux supports NAND.
Linux supports MPC5200B.
Linux does not support MTD+NAND+MPC5200B

It's just a matter of bringing things together on your MPC5200.
