I decided to remove all the rev A fixups from the cuboot-warp file. I am the only person using a rev A, and I can use the command line to specify any needed partitions. There is really only one partition needed to boot from nand since u-boot can be used to flash the images. Note the patch is now smaller since we don't need the NAND fixups!
