You should implement register quirks via SDHCI IO accessors.

See esdhc_writew() for example.

Ditto. Make a quirk for cap register. Or implement
SDHCI_QUIRK_NO_VDD_180 and SDHCI_QUIRK_NO_VDD_300 quirks
instead.
