It's worthy to have following code to make the logic here complete. Otherwise,
we will run into problem quickly once the eeh_add_device_{early,late}() get
changed in eeh.c:

	eeh_add_device_early(pdn);
	eeh_add_device_late(pdev);
	eeh_sysfs_add_device(pdev);
