I noticed a problem:

On POWER8, kvm->arch.emul_smt_mode will be either 1 or 0, so this test
needs to be conditional on CPU_FTR_ARCH_300. I'll fix it.
Also, kvm->arch.emul_smt_mode can change at any time until the first
vcore is created, so this test should be done while holding kvm->lock.
