[PATCH 04/17] sched/debug: Remove unused schedstats

nr_migrations_cold, nr_wakeups_passive and nr_wakeups_idle are not
being updated anywhere. So remove them.

This will help to add couple more stats in the next patch without
bloating the size.

These are per process stats. So updating sched stats version isn't
necessary.
