cpu = cpumask_next(cpu, mask)
if (cpu >= nr_cpu_ids)
cpu = cpumask_first(mask)
Above block is identical to:
cpu = cpumask_next_wrap(cpu, mask)
Replace it, No change in functionality or performance.
Slightly simpler code.
