I haven't been able to use vger for a couple of weeks:
gamera:/usr/src/vger/linux> cvs update -d
cvs [update aborted]: connect to vger.rutgers.edu:2401 failed:
Connection refused
Any idea what's going on here?

Kernel mailing list is backed up again. Mentioned on lwn.net. I guess they're
working on getting another machine for anon cvs, though...
