I tried downloading the glibc sources as described on the cross-compiler
page (http://members.home.com/mmporter/cross.html#LibC).

Are following sites still valid ?

ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/glibc-2.0.106.tar.gz
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/glibc-crypt-2.0.96.tar.gz
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/glibc-linuxthreads-2.0.106.tar.gz

Brendan Simon.

alpha.gnu.org is down, in any event those are old sources.

Try:
<ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/glibc/glibc-2.1.tar.gz>
<ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/glibc/glibc-linuxthreads-2.1.tar.gz>
<ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/gnu/funet/glibc-crypt-2.1.tar.gz>

Last week I downlaod these:
glibc-2_0_112_tar.gz
glibc-crypt-2_0_96_tar.gz
glibc-linuxthreads-2_0_112_tar.gz
but I'm not still using these. I also download the source rpm for
glibc-2.1.
I would like to know what is better to use.
Bye

Microsoft is NOT the answer. Microsoft is the Question.
The answer is: "NO!"

I've updated the page with the latest source links. I hope to update the
binaries soon.
