On http://www.mail-archive.com/lists.html, you find more than 100 Linux
related lists. There is one called "linux-programming", but it might not
be what you want, it is mostly in Indonesian :-) If you want to read
300+ messages a day, you might want to subscribe to
linux-kernel@vger.rutgers.edu.
