Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone has tried booting linux on a Digita series
camera? I've looking at the firmware(you can download the ROM off the
kodak site) and the chipset, and it almost seems doable.

I doubt there would be much point in running linux, but hey, it would a
fun hack.

njh
p.s. I'm not on this list atm, could you cc me any replies please.

It seems like a really silly thing to do.
But I happen to have one of these cameras myself.
What processor does it have in it? Does gcc support it?

Oh come on, this would be an excellent project! Check the developer info at
the MAME site:
    http://digita.mame.net/

And:
    http://graphics.lcs.mit.edu/~aisaksen/projects/cameras/kodak/gcc.html
