Hmmm...I wonder if The Kernel Group (http://www.tkg.com) could be talked
into porting ZeroFault? I'm sure it has lots of AIX dependencies, but
at least the hardware is right. It is similar to Purify except it does
the hackery at runtime rather than linktime (Purify may have changed
since I last used it *several* years ago).

Greetings,

I recently found out the hard way that my YDL doesn't support the ATTO
ExpressPCIProUL*3*D SCSI card, even though it supports the *2*D card
(which is running beautifully in one of my machines). This is a bummer for
me because I just bought 3 of these cards which I will now replace with
the 2D cards (I need these machines running yesterday :-( ).

So that someone else doesn't get into the same situation as me, I am
willing to loan a card to anyone who might be able/willing to write a
driver for it.

Anyone interested? If so, please let me know via private email.

Cheers,

Chris

P.S. Kudos and thanks to the people here (and elswhere) who have helped
make linuxppc as great as it is.
