I don't believe it has been. You might want to try the jffs mailing list
and other info at

Please ignore earlier email as I mixed up jffs2 with jffs. jffs2 is part
of mtd which has been tried out on kernels upto 2.4.6, just download the
correct mtd from using info on
http://www.linux-mtd.infradead.org/
