Hello

The attached patch fixes the following issues:

     - arch/ppc/kernel/ocp.c
        missing export of "ocp_get_pm"


     - drivers/net/ibm_ocp/ibm_ocp_enet.h
        shifting of PM bits is done in wrong direction
