No, some are before:

obj-$(CONFIG_HVC_IRQ) += hvc_irq.o
obj-$(CONFIG_HVC_XEN) += hvc_xen.o
obj-$(CONFIG_HVC_UDBG) += hvc_udbg.o
Until your patch, only Xen was wrong.
