Hi guys,
I am working with IBM 405 based processor board for Settop Box. Can anypne
suggest me the link to download the "openbios" source code for the above
mentioned board.
I am using linux source code provided by MontaVista.
( 2.4.17_mvl21-redwood6).

I believe you should contact your board vendor for the openbios source code. it normally comes witht reference boards. as far as I know, thethere's no publicly available link to download source code.
As an alternative, you can port PPCBOOT to your board, but it would be difficult without the reference code like openbios. it took me like two weeks with the openbios source code...
