Hi Linus,

Please pull some more powerpc updates for 6.17.

When you merge this, there will be a duplicate entry for "htm" in Documentation/arch/powerpc/index.rst.
If you could please remove one of them, that would prevent a warning in the docs build.

The PCI hotplug patches were applied by Bjorn to his tree and he asked me to cherry pick them
from there, which is why they have his signed-off-by.
