Message-ID: <XFMail.000123113118.bregor@anusf.anu.edu.au> (raw)
Jim Chapman asked:
"Anyone know whether recent v2.3 kernels run on Apple Blue G3 machines? I
couldn't find any mention of v2.3 at www.linuxppc.org/blueg3/".
I have never been successful in building a 2.3.X kernel that will boot
on my rev-2 G&W G3. The problem is with booting, not building.
It would be very helpful just to know if 2.3.x kernels can be booted
on this platform. If it is possible, I will try harder, otherwise
I'll concentrate on other problems.
