Changes in v2:
- Change macro to use 'goto' instead of 'return'
- Rename macro to indicate use of 'goto'
- Convert more patch_instruction() uses in optprobes to use the new
macro.
- Drop 1st patch, which added error checking in do_patch_instruction()
since that is being covered in a separate patchset.
