[PATCH] 2.5.8-dj1, add 22 help texts to arch/arm/Config.help

This patch adds 22 help texts to arch/arm/Config.help.
The help texts were obtained from ESR's v2.97 Configure.help.

Thanks.  It looks fine, apart from a minor case of mailer wrap.
I'll fix that up and apply it to the ARM->Linus BK tree.
