	You are the best. Thank you so much for this information.

    	That was the ticket.

    	request_irq(dev->irq, sseintr, SA_SHIRQ | SA_INTERRUPT, 
	            "sse", softp);

    	It works on all machines now without adding "pci=noapci"

    	I'm running again!!!
