[PATCH] devfs: Remove the mode field from usb_class_driver as it's no longer needed

[PATCH] devfs: Remove the mode field from usb_class_driver as it's no longer needed

Also fixes all drivers that set this field, and removes some other devfs
specfic USB logic.
