[GIT PULL] Alarmtimers items for 3.2

Hey Thomas, 
	Just wanted to get the alarmtimer rework to better match the hrtimer
code as well as some alarmtimer cleanups queued into -tip for 3.2.

Let me know if you have any thoughts or issues with these patches.
