Adding code to support MSI-X interrupt.
This update has modification by Tomas' suggestion.
And I add a msix_vector_count for free_irq.

The use of pci_enable_msix is deprecated, please use pci_enable_msix_range or
pci_enable_msix_exact instead. Sorry for not noticing the first time I reviewed
this patch.

Similarly here, use the new pci_enable_msi_range() or pci_enable_msi_exact()
