[PATCH 11/11] Staging: rtl8712: rtl8712_hal.h: Coding style warnings fix for block comments

This is patch to the rtl8712_hal.h file that fixes up following warning
reported by checkpatch.pl :

-Block comments use a trailing */ on a separate line
