Subject: [PATCH 47/55] perf tools: Enable overwrite settings
Date: Fri, 19 Feb 2016 11:44:35 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1455882283-79592-48-git-send-email-wangnan0@huawei.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1455882283-79592-1-git-send-email-wangnan0@huawei.com>
This patch allows following config terms and option:
# perf record --overwrite ...
Globally set following events to overwrite;
# perf record --event cycles/overwrite/ ...
# perf record --event cycles/no-overwrite/ ...
Set specific events to be overwrite or no-overwrite.
