Subject: [PATCH 03/11] tools build: Use .s extension for preprocessed assembler code
Date: Wed,  2 Mar 2016 19:16:38 -0300	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1456957006-3757-4-git-send-email-acme@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1456957006-3757-1-git-send-email-acme@kernel.org>

From: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>

The "man gcc" says .i extension represents the file is C source code
that should not be preprocessed. Here, .s should be used.

For clarification,
  .c  ---(preprocess)--->  .i
  .S  ---(preprocess)--->  .s
