Subject: [PATCH 07/11] perf data: Add perf_data_file__switch() helper
Date: Thu, 14 Apr 2016 09:32:23 -0300 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1460637147-10555-8-git-send-email-acme@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1460637147-10555-1-git-send-email-acme@kernel.org>
From: Wang Nan <wangnan0@huawei.com>
perf_data_file__switch() closes current output file, renames it, then
open a new one to continue recording. It will be used by 'perf record'
to split output into multiple perf.data files.
