[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: modify status of intelfb as orphan

The email of Maik Broemme is not working. gmail replied:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
mbroemme@plusserver.de

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server
for the recipient domain plusserver.de by mx1.plusserver.com.
[62.138.233.182].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <mbroemme@plusserver.de>: Recipient address rejected:
User unknown in relay recipient table

I have tried to find other commits by Maik Broemme to find his latest
email but the last patch from him was in 2010.

oops forgot to change my e-mail address there. It is better to use
mbroemme@libmpq.org as permanent one.
