ragarding arm64: yes, there is a test target already - see  
http://git.linuxfoundation.org/?p=llvmlinux.git;a=tree;f=targets/vexpress64

Reproduce with:
git clone http://git.linuxfoundation.org/llvmlinux.git
cd llvmlinux/targets/vexpress64
make
