[PATCH RFT/RFC v2 12/47] staging: media: zoran: remove proc_fs

[Corentin Labbe <clabbe@baylibre.com>]

The zoran driver give some debug information in procfs, but this is not
the right place.
So let's remove them, we will use debugfs later.
