Kernel test robot throws below warning -

   arch/riscv/kernel/asm-offsets.c:14:6: warning: no previous prototype
for 'asm_offsets' [-Wmissing-prototypes]
      14 | void asm_offsets(void)
         |      ^~~~~~~~~~~

This patch should fixed it.
