   - Register driver even if hwmon registration fails

 - amd/pmc: Drop SMU F/W match for Cezanne

 - dell-smbios-wmi: Separate "priority" from WMI device ID

 - hp-wmi: mark Victus 16-r1xxx for Victus s fan and thermal profile support
