No .pdf, but you can get it in plaintext from either
ftp://darkflame.ml.org/ide.txt or
ftp://darkflame.ml.org/ata-r4c.txt
The latter is more readable, but the former is more current (ATA3 as
opposed to ATA)

http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/manuals/d1153r17.pdf
is a copy of the ATA/ATAPI 4, UDMA standard.
I'm looking forward to the Linux implementation of the command queuing
feature.

Why is everybody looking for these things in strange secondary places ?
The X3T13 committee has a web page and archive, including draft copies
of the documents, at
