* [PATCH] Cachesize detection & MCA cleanup.

Linus,

 Patch below adds boottime argument for cachesize detection
fixup for buggy Intel P3 Tualatins. (More info available at
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53736 )

Also cleans up the machine check architecture initialisation,
and makes some extra functions static/__init
