well i get solved my problem downloading the linux-2.5.5.tar.gz source...
i was using the .tar.bz2 pack... maybe he's got something wrong but i
dunno...

oh.. i'm using the dj1 patch too..

gcc bug. Add volatile's to all local variables in blk_ioctl, and it
will compile.
