I guess it still is "$_ =~ s/\[?PATCH\]?\s*//i;", which means
that it still is broken. There certainly are several solutions,
what do people think of "s/\[?[^\]]*PATCH\]?\W*//i;" ?
(Maybe a ^ at the beginning?)
