[PATCHSET] Linux 2.4.19-pre8-jam3

Hi all.

Some updates and fixes collected from the list are worth a new release.

Changes:
- vm-35, bdflush-tuning
- exit-reaper race fix
- ext3 updates (0.9.18) and fixes (registration order, warning about
  ext3-root-mounted-as-ext2)
- sensors update to current 2.6.4-cvs

So, abstract is: vm-35 and ext3-0.9.18.
