I recently installed a firewire card into the last remaining PCI slot of my
Gigabyte GA-7VRX motherboard (Via KT333 chipset), and now the kernel (2.4.20)
is failing to detect APM or ACPI BIOS. What could these things possibly have
to do with one another?
