* [2.5 patch] small cleanup for include/linux/efs_fs.h

The patch below includes the following small cleanups for 
include/linux/efs_fs.h:
- remove unused #define MIN/MAX
- remove check for kernels < 2.2

I've tested the compilation with 2.5.59.
