This patch is completely unneeded and redundant.

2.4.x already has /proc/sysrq-trigger for precisely this purpose.

See fs/proc/proc_misc.c for more details.

So why not make this compatible with existing behaviour, and use the
same name ? Seems this is deviating between 2.4 / 2.6 for no good reason.
