Can someone direct me to the best resources for learning to develop in the
kernel or kernel loadable modules. I would be interested more
specifically in understanding some of the tcp-ip/bridge/netfilter/qos
code. But also information on understanding other kernel development.

It's in chinese but you probably just need to get UTLK, and look at the
example code provided.
