Here is the final patch. It should have all the requested changes.


For platforms that dont define their own tlb_migrate_finish, it is defined as :

	#define tlb_migrate_finish(mm) do {} while (0)

I'm not sure if I understood your point above. This is consistent with
other noop definitions (at least some of them) & should not generate any
code.
