Is anybody using linux on the new Philips LPC3180
(http://www.standardics.philips.com/products/lpc3000/lpc3180/) ARM9
based chip?

Not that I know of, but it is an ARM926 core which is already well
supported under Linux so it should not be too much work to get a basic
kernel up and running.
