[GIT PATCHES #2] kbuild, kconfig + Kconfig updates

Hi Linus.

On top of the below additional three patches has been pushed out:

    kconfig: fix mconf segmentation fault
    kbuild: enable use of code from a different dir
    kconfig: error out if recursive dependencies are found
