It's already available:

$ cat myconfig
CONFIG_HIGHMEM64G=y
CONFIG_SMP=n
CONFIG_PCI=n
CONFIG_IPV6=m
$ make allyesconfig KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG=myconfig
