Hello,

I've noticed that sometimes BogoMips are incorrectly calculated. I'm
attaching log of last weeks showing the behaviour (not always
reproducible / not consistent). I'm also attaching dmesg output.

Kernel is ubuntu-provided, but I could test vanilla if necessary.

I've also opened bug #13433 to track this issue.

Please, CC as I'm not on the list.
